This is a type of deer with a special structure of the skin on the upper body. Along the spine is a second "cartilaginous" skeleton, which has a base at the coccyx. At the request of the animal, this skin with fur, as it were, rises and stands on end behind the back. This visually creates a rather creepy look and is also intimidating in its size. Under this skin there is a light fur (fluff). When the danger has passed, the skin simply goes down and gradually attaches back. There is a debate in society, what should be considered this part of the body - a second skin or some kind of tail?
