In the game, yes, you're right, and in most authorized art. But I just watched some youtubes of the cartoon -- it looks like she has a clasp in front of her chest, which suggests the whiteness is fabric, a bikini of sorts? ... held together by said clasp. So, very tiny compromise I guess for the kid's cartoon?
