I'm curious now, is the 240 stock or has something juicer found its way under the hood. I've got plans myself to find one and sneak a RB25DET into it.

Heh well thats for me to know any you to find out (by looking through my gallery or at the tags :P)

But eventually (as in later this year or early next year) I'm swapping in an RB25DET (friggin everyone is copying me!!!)

HAHA! I may have to poke about then and see what I can find. And when you do do the swap, do me a favor and post up some in progress pics. I'm fond of the nitty gritty. :)

As for me, I've got the RB25DET for the 240 and a V6 into a second gen MR2, haven't settled on which engine yet as I'm not to well versed with Toyota. XD

Well yea, the RB is the way to go with Nissan. Yea, the VQ and VG motors are good, but the RB is king

Provided it doesn't throw a rod, friend of mine who introduced me to them in the first place had his, completely stock, throw 2 rods at once a few months ago.

Suffice to say I'm hoping to avoid that sorta luck. X3

And began a wonderful legacy. XD As much as I hate most hatchbacks I adore CRXs. Wonderful, and neigh indestructible little cars. My first car was a CRX infact, 356k miles on it right now and still runnin on with the stock motor. XD

It's a tough persistent little car. X3 Unfortunalty though it's previous owner didn't take too good a care of it and despite my efforts the motor is on it's way out. I'll likely be replacing it either a D16y8 or if I'm feeling particularly ambitious an H22A4.

it should the dual tip mufflers sound better then the regular tube mufflers no offense but i prefer a deeper sound then a fart sound. but you will like it when its done it may take a while im saving for RF right now

yeah, get the internals balanced for sure, makes for happier revs also you could look into lighter rods and pistons, not sure what's out there.
