I just finished this picture because I wanted to play with the soft style coloring that I did on the picture of Blossom and Koji, but on one of my cartoon works instead. I think it turned out pretty well, though all the detail I put in to the coin bra has been eaten.
This is Haalima, who I think is going to be my "fursona" probably. I could never decide between a tiger or a Clydesdale horse, so a few years ago I had the though of putting those two together, and this character was born. I'm a bellydancer (was only in my mind until this year), so figured that this character would be one too.
Haalima means (according to the sites that I've found) "dreamer, visionary, patient."
I'm still a bit iffy on her tail... I didn't like just the tiger tail, didn't want to do a horse tail, so I kind of combined them... I think it's growing on me, but it was a pain to color!
