Doubles are a street food here in Trinidad. It's curried chickpeas (Garbonzo beans) with toppings served with two peices of fried dough ("doubled" up on the fillings, hence the name).
The "slight" refers to the amount of pepper sauce you'd like in it. I usually have mine with heavy.
