Many people go to the Gym and don't realize just how important a spotter can be. It's easy for some to put on more than they can handle and end up seriously hurting themselves because no one was there to spot them. Sometimes it's carelessness. Sometimes it's pride and ignorance. No matter the reason however Ismar thankfully knows to put aside those silly distractions and practice safety in the gym by asking a fellow gym buddy to come over and spot him.

Especially wise of him to do so when he was trying to go up another level in weights. He managed to get it off the rack, but once he went down he quickly felt that resistance set in as he struggled to go back up again. Janarr being a good spotter was paying attention and quick to pick up on his gym buddy struggling and helped him pull back up. We all bite off a little more than we can chew at times. That's why safety is so key. With the Bar back up on the rack Ismar shakes his head and sits up on the bench, sharing a quick chuckle with Janarr as they both agree to drop down a few pounds and try again.
