While normally Randal might seem like a foul mouth, he's been in his best behavior when around Gaggo's family. It could've been due multiple reasons, but when Gaggo told him about the newest addition to the family, the vulpine wanted to see her. The feline warned him about her scent since it could be quite hard topic for her, but Randal said it was all good.
When finally meeting the female, her scent was quite strong, but nothing Randal wasn't used to already. She squirmed and seemed awkward, which made the male sympathize with her. He took up his cool act - which worked for once - and Opal seemed impressed with the Vulpix.
She even had the courage to ask for the male's help about getting new friends, which he agreed on. This made Opal really happy since she's been wanting to get to know more people. While Randal's guidance isn't always helpful, it at least gives her some confidence to get out there and be herself~
