HTF - Meanie Devil

Thought it was about time I made a character for HTF since 
elecrockin made one. I asked 
Ebonychimera to make a character for me using Hecate as a template which is how Meanie came to be.
She lives up to her name like most tazzy devils, she's a bully through and through who wouldn't hesitate to eviscerate you for looking at her the wrong way. Still she's prone to the occasional act of kindess here and there... though most of the time they come in the form of a mercy kill.
