Not 'by' anyone... this is something I started myself! Though of course I gotta give thanks to  TwilightMaster and  Selth for contributing, directly or indirectly, especially with the original description we made, and things afterward.

So! This is Neu's character profile. I guess in a way I consider him a lot like myself, which is why some things are common in both of us, not to mention I couldn't fake a personality... :P
