Normally Janarr handles the Cart on their grocery runs, or walks in this case. But Drayk was thinking that, he'd been working out a little more, he's a big boy, why shouldn't he be able to pull the cart for once! Even though Janarr see's Drayk as a confused Female Shurichi, he's learned to treat Drayk like a natural Shurichi when they're in public, thus letting him do the big boy work as Drayk puts it. Janarr is just going to keep an eye on him and hang back a little by the cart once they get to those hills, just in case afterall.
I'd be lying if I said I didn't get a little >:I faced over the years when people commented wondering why Drayk was suddenly a different color or suddenly had a penis. When in fact it was simply just a picture of his Big Brother Janarr. I'll take some blame in that since I realize that I rarely ever get pictures of them together. This was something I wanted to correct multiple times over but I had a bad habit of putting it off for a number of reasons. However now that I've done it for once in a great while it feels great to see the two of them together in such a fun little slice of life.

I do wonder why Janarr sees Drayk as a "confused female". 🤔 But at least he cares about his lil brother and treats him well and lovingly regardless. ^^ 👍❤

In shurians there are two types of males (Shurichi/Beta & Pak'toh/Alpha) and one type of female (Mak'tah). Drayk being intersexed was born a Shurichi, but ended up with female reproductive anatomy. Janarr's Perception of this is that Drayk is somehow just some Confusing type of Mak'tah (female) that presents as a Shurichi (Beta Male) for reasons he doesn't understand. However he accepts that for what it is and just plays along with it as he feels helps Drayk blend in when interacting with outsiders.
As for the hill... Oh boy I hope drayk is able to do it all by himself! He did his pull ups afterall!

I think "playing along" is the wrong way to say this, as "playing along" would mean that he actually doesn't fully accept it and is pretending that Drayk is a beta male. Instead of that Drayk IS a beta male (but less bulky and less tall?) just with the reproductive organs of a female. ^^;
And I dunno~, depends on how steep the hill is. Did he also do his leg exercises to strengthen his legs? And his crunches & his back exercises because all those areas will also get a hit from pulling that cart to the top. xD lol

lol, why would Janarr reveal to everyone in public that his lil brother has female genitals? And even if he'd be asked about why his lil brother looks the way he looks: Why would he have to keep it a secret? I mean: If I'd be Janarr, I would just tell them and also add that should anyone bully Drayk for it, they would have to hope that there would be anything left to put into a coffin for the funeral. xD lol

Though I do think that instead of explaining it as "he is playing along and helping him blend in" maybe say: "He is protecting his lil sibling's secret so nothing would seem out of the ordinary". It's basically similar but sounds more positive. ;3
