So, my new amplifier arrived today. It's big, massive, large, and quite sizely. This is not a really appropriate test, but I was taught how to play this song in a dream last night so I had to go along with it anyway for the sake of coherence. Of course I had to translate it a bit, because it was mostly gibberish. Improvised chords with improvised solo on them arrive near the end - it's even more all over the place than the original Pink Floyd song.
Anybody have any ideas what to draw later today? There's a (probably boring) football game on, and I'd like some ideas. This is definitely the best place to ask.
It's awfully considerate of you to think of me here
And I'm most obliged to you for making it clear that I'm not here
And I never never knew the moon could be so big
And I never never knew the moon could be so blue
And I'm grateful that you threw away my old shoes
And brought me here instead dressed in red
And I'm wondering who could be writing this song
I don't care if the sun don't shine
And I don't care if nothing is mine
And I don't care if I'm nervous with you
I'll do my loving in the winter
(dogs barking in the background)
And the sea isn't green
And I love the fucking queen
And what exactly is a dream?
And what exactly is a joke?

A few parts were 'written' in lucid dreams - in which, of course, the sounds produced with a guitar are exceptionally weird. They can spark barely related ideas though.
I hear 'nonsense' all the time. Which is to say, it's not really nonsense, it's just not cogent to human interpertation of order. Think of it how animals hear our splendidly neat music - you get sensations, but it's a big mess. You'd need someone who understands to leech the emotion out of.
Then you can find a way to get that reaction in a way that your concious brain can map it.
