Bringing back an OC I made back when I was in High School. ShreddedTaz12 was, through and through, the epitome of late 2000s pop and auto culture. Exaggerated, comical manliness and muscularity, a tougher cartoon character to put as the decal for your muscle car, he drove a model Monte Carlo I made back in the day from a kit. Back then I had him wear Ryu's headband, now I even added that back in.
