What she is suppose to be is a Pokemorph a Misdreavus if you will and he did this as a request for my friend Koleyl of his character Marsha Mystic a Pokemorph fortuneteller who gotten herself in a bit of a bind. I just love this pic so much I asked him if I could upload it here. He told me it was okay as long as I give credit where credit is due.
