This here's a poem I wrote in maybe 10-20 mins, but I thought of the idea in the car on the way back home in the car. It's actually part of a work of fiction I've been working on (mainly in my head, not much is on paper...)
Hope to hear your comments. =D

Broken bones,
Turned to dust.
Hooves stomp and greaves stomp.
Stepping and lifting,
Against sunbaked sand.
Bleached bones,
Dirty and soiled.
Vultures circle and beggars scuffle.
Fleeing and pecking,
From darkened feathers.
Dragged weight,
Dry with drought.
Eyes lurk and breath bated.
Shifting and grinning.
In shrouded bush.
Standing straight,
Full with vigor.
Life intimidated and nature halted.
Aching and waiting.
For weather to take its toll.
To walk in the Eligrund.
