If anybody doesn’t know this show this is Kimba the White Lion a retro Japanese anime show that was overpowered by the Lion King because of its visuals and astounding soundtrack and African influences Simba took Kimba out which Kimba came first before Simba and the name Simba sounds too much like Kimba but I’m still a big fan of the Lion King since I grew up with it and Kimba was before my time and was originally released in Japan as Jungle Emperor Leo and was dubbed into English as Kimba the White Lion and somehow I think Japanese fans were outraged by Disney’s take on Kimba but they didn’t copy Kimba they just got inspired to make their own version after watching Kimba like I do by Disney’s classic like Dumbo and The Jungle Book to someday make my own interpretations of those films done by the Walt Disney company over the years which I love about reading books and watching films and tv shows and playing video games is that you can use your imagination to create your own version of those stories.
