i watched rock and rule last week and it definitely reminded me of that cause all the people are weird furries lol it also reminds me of the last unicorn, i've only seen the film but it looks like a wizard design that would fit that film's aesthetic. it also makes sense that it makes me think of bakshi's lotr film, as it is saruman.
