In the dead, oily waters surrounding The Pale City, dwells The Diver. No one knows why he makes his home on the ocean floor, but he seems to search for something, and will defend his self-proclaimed territory with extreme prejudice. If you must travel through the waters, whatever you do, do not allow yourself to be seen, not even a single airbubble, or The Diver will find you.
