After meeting up with the "Great Owl" in the deep part of the forest, Mrs. Brisby had no other choice but to take the Great Owl's advice and move her home to the lee of the stone. The next following day, both Brisby and Catherine made there way to the rosebush in the front yard of farmer fitzgibbons's house. There they find the entrance leading inside to the rats of NIMH. They run into a few minor setbacks along the way but later they meet up with Mr. Ages. Curious about the new stranger but Mr. Ages right away figured out that Catherine was Human, Further down the path they encounter "Justin, the Captain of the Guard." Just like Mr. Ages, Justin took one look at the girl and right away knew she was human, and that she should not be allowed inside to meet with the Rats of NIMH, at least...not without a proper disguise.
