Yeah it's like that, but with a kind of Japanese Hostess thing going on. So the girls do perform on stage, but it's like a teaser. Patrons seated at tables around the stage can choose girls to be their 'hostess', where they take them to private rooms and do private shows, do themed games or performances, bring them food/drinks, chat with them, etc.
So like, if Dynamite were chosen, she might do a metal/hard rock theme, where she strips/dances to that, or maybe she does karaoke (like Aggretsuko LOL) with the party.
