This is Scott T. Jefferson leader of the SERPENT and known as "The Most Wanted Man on Earth". A kind yet firm mentor and instructor who raised 3 kids by himself he's a powerful swordsman and armed with the power of Thunder. A real bear of a man the 82 year old giant has a heart of gold. Together with his faithful wolf companion Raiju he watches over the budding new generation of heroes. However despite being a legendary soldier with the power to command Thunder there is one thing he knows he can't beat. Time.

Having consumed an Eximius Gem given to him during his service in the military he possesses the power of Thunder; sound based electrical blasts and waves he can produce to interfere with communications and cause malfunctions in machines. When physically in contact with Scott, survivors felt like their physical make up was going to shatter under the enormous pressure of energy. He can also channel this destructive energy into objects he’s holding to grant them the same effects when used. For instance, by channeling the energy into his great sword, Scott’s instrument creates explosions of energy when swung. Combining this with his incredible strength makes Scott an incredibly lethal opponent to go against single handedly. When used to its full potential the enormous vibrations caused by Scott can almost seem to be seen cracking the very space around them like glass. These “Thunder Shatters’ came to be seen as lethal weapons infusing that area with vibrational energy on the level of a class 4-7 Earthquake. Scott can also spread the influence of a shatter causing a similar effect in the affected area.
