Thank you! These are so rough I'm a little surprised they're getting the positive reception they are.

It was hard to choose between this one and Shroom Trees. These two are my favorite of the three. I love how even though there's no figures in the pieces they have this cozy lived in feeling about them.

I'm a complete sucker for European cities, for exactly that reason. The cramped alleyways and worn stone has a human quality to it, and not just because it's stuff people have made: people have lived there for ages. It's as if humanity is infectious and we give something of our vitality to the places where we live.

I have a feeling I'll be attacking this one first, but I really want to attack Shroom Trees as well. Maybe that's the order I should do 'em in: Shroom Trees, Clothesline, Mountains.

That sounds good. Or, in some kind of sense of drawing inward: Mountains, Shroom Trees, Clothesline.

I think the clothes line one also has the additional appeal of adding a dinamic motiv to dynamic inking.

I do love ink stuff, particularly Franklin Booth (must appeal to the anal retentive in me), so all this encouragement works to inspire! And yes you should, dammit! :D
