"What was that? Aren't they going to pop on the grass? No, these are tough and underinflated, the grass isn't going to cut them up... Yes I'm sure, who's the balloon wrangler here?"

Cyra stretched out the neck to tighten up the knot, somewhat sure the kids that would be running about would end them all before she had a chance to take any. At least they would look lovely when the party opened up. Her cousin's whining continued on and she let go, the loud snap back drowning her cousin out for a second before continuing to argue back. "Hey, hey, hey... I don't question you about your work, don't question me about mine. You'd be surprised how much there is to know about rubbery stuff."



So I got bored and grabbed a toned sketchbook, played around in it a bit, and this was the first thing done. It looks like it's made for sketches and shading, but I wound up putting some coloured pencils to it. Was a fun little distraction overall.
