Never heard that song, nor am I that big of a NiN fan, but the comic brings out so many questions just from the images shown... Makes me wonder what really goes on in the comic.

in a nutshell:
Fyre (the dragon) did something forbidden by his clan in order to save the clan, but he was punished for it. Sealed away he was forced to stay within a certain distance of a sacred stone. Over time he changed to a wolf form and built a library around the stone he was sealed to. However a prison is a prison and late at night when the streets are quiet and all is silent, he can't help but remember
