The Mucktail clan spans out across a great deal of distance on Norrath. Rather than settle down in one particular area, the clan is so massive that it ranges out to claim and settle new territory. The disadvantage of this being that since the whole world hates gnolls, it often earns them new enemies. The humans of Qeynos, the fortress of Highpass, and the city of Crescent Reach just to name a few enemies, and recently, the Direwind gnolls have been added to the list of problems the Mucktails now face. Despite being beset on all fronts, Turgeth refuses to yield and give up any territory for his clan, showing an iron-willed determination to defend the lands of the clan, even if the lands might've previously belonged to someone else. With the Direwind clan making its move and targeting the Mucktail clan, Turgeth finds his back against the wall, unable to fight off the stronger and wickedly evil clan. However, Turgeth's immense pride refuses to have him accept aid from others, even from the Darkfell clan. On the rare occasion that Glefy is willing to negotiate and aid another clan, Turgeth has refused any help from her, refusing to show fealty to the Darkfell in any way, even if it means Turgeth and his clan die for the sake of his own honor and pride. Pride is a good emotion to have, until it turns bad, and Turgeth has yet to figure that out, even as the numbers in his clan are less and less each passing day.
