This is Hemlock a Sceptile with various scientific degrees and whom is very adept in the medical and science field. (Both pokemon & Humans). He was once Ramiel's lover a long time ago but when their breakup happened he took it very hard. He was however able to find a human scientist with him he was able to be with and start a family. He has 3 children to date.
