It's time for another preggy legendary Pokémon, here's the Sky High Pokémon themselves, Rayquaza!
Seeing as Rayquaza will often have to break up battles between Kyogre and Groudon as a parent would break up a fight between siblings, I say it's rather fitting for Rayquaza to in fact be the parent of the duo themselves! As the legendary noodle dragon very much loves and cares for the twins developing in their big belly, they can't help but notice how it's almost like the two of them seem to fight within the womb at times. Surely it's more just a womb sort of thing and it certainly isn't going to be an indicator of how the little ones will treat each other once they're not so little anymore... at least Rayquaza hopes for that to be the case anyway.
