Looks like Pacato got a fancy new tracksuit for his birthday at the start of the month! So, naturally, anything you do while wearing a tracksuit makes you lose weight, at least that's his understanding.
But as sleek and cozy as it feels, it gets easier to justify overindulging during a cheat day when he's being so good about working out every day. Surely, he can always redouble his workout tomorrow and add some vigorous cardio... with the sweat he's worked up, surely he's earned a few post-workout snacks? Maybe a trip through the drive-thru on the way home as a little positive reinforcement?
