This was my dog, Alexus. As you can see she was beautiful. She was more than that though, she was a great friend and a loving companion. She was kind, fun, silly and pretty darn cuddly. Unfortunately, a few months ago or so, she was taken away by the Humane Society. She jumped out a window and ran away when we weren't paying attention. She ran away and the Humane Society got her. We couldn't afford to get her out again; the fees were too high. So, I had to let her go, which was the hardest thing I've ever done. It broke my heart and I miss her to this day. Maybe, by some weird twist of fate, I'll see her again. I can only hope. And when that day comes, I won't be worried about recognizing her. I'll never forget her beautiful face so long as I live.
