Still in the spirit of the making tortoises and turtles with shells inspired by various objects.
Thanks to my friend they wanted something related to Matryoshka/Babushka dolls (nesting dolls). I was so excited to do a piece with a bunch of "baby" tortoises. I just couldn't figure out how to get it to work and I feel in love with the idea of ducklings cozy beneath their mum.
It just melts my heart.
