I might be obsessed with Vector a bit to much, but honestly I think it's all fine I swear! I just wish there was more Vector Transformation Art / Stories!

Short Personal Story

At a hustling and bustling outlet plaza, people were scrambling left and right to grab all sorts of things. It seemed there was no particular event going at the moment, but what could people be so riled up for to be so busy during the weekend? Maybe it was just bad timing among hundreds of current shoppers or a massive sale people knew was going on?
Shadow was currently out and about looking for the nearest electronics store. He was a bit particular on what he liked to use electronic wise especially headphones. He was a little cost-effective here and there. He had hoped to score a deal on something while up here at the outlet plaza would be a great start to his road trip he has been planning to do by himself.
While this road trip would be a bit away, a few weeks even, he had decided to at least prepare in some small way to keep himself company with music. He had always loved to listen to different types of songs, from 2010's Pop, Jazz, Eurobeat, and some video game OSTs, especially from Persona and the Sonic the Hedgehog series.
As he wanted to buy himself a new pair of headphones since the ones he used were quite slowly breaking from excessive use when he was at his apartment. When he heard there was a possible sale at his local electronics outlet. He decided to head out and see what they had to offer.
Oddly enough, the electronics outlet seemed to be saved from the influx of people buying things. Maybe there were not any deals after all, or the sale was already gone? Shadow would decide to head inside and see what was in stock. The store seemed to be filled with different kinds of accessories for phones, computers, and other electronics. However, they did have their dedicated music section which had all sorts of different earbuds, headphones, and even earpieces for calling.
Approaching the section, he would bump into one of the sales associates working at the outlet store. “Welcome! Are you looking for anything, in particular, today sir?” He would ask with a polite smile. “Oh yes, do you have any deals on any pairs of headphones? Mine is giving out right now, and I need a decent pair. Nothing that breaks the bank, of course.” He would give a bit of a nervous chuckle as he explained the situation.
“I think I got something in mind. We just got something in stock this morning.” He would then head over to a pair of black headphones on a stand, along with a golden chain wrapped around the bottom of the stand. “What do you think? Not every day you can get a two-in-one deal. Only $250 today only.” The associate would describe before giving the Shadow the chance to comment. “Mind if I try them out? I’m sure they're great given the case they put in, but I don’t want to buy something that is broken you know?” Shadow would request, as the associate would oblige, taking them out of the case and handing the pair of headphones to Shadow.
Shadow would slide the headphones onto his head, they seemed to be Bluetooth as he turned them on as it would give a small noise indicating it was working. They felt like they were slightly too big for him, but incredibly comfortable given the price of the headphones. He was sure he could accurately get them to fit when he got home with them. “Know what, I think I’ll take them! The chain seems to go really well with it too!” He would say cheerfully, as the associate would give a bit of a sly smirk.
“Oh that’s amazing, let me take you to the counter.” The associate would promptly ask Shadow to take off the headphones, so he could ring them up at the front of the store. Shadow would take out his wallet, and use his credit card to purchase the bundle before the associate would put them both into a bag. Not exactly the best place to have them secured, for the ride home. But hey, they were in a glass case, so beggars can’t be choosers right? “Thank you so much! Have a great day sir!” He would wave before heading out of the store, and returning to his car.
Shadow was ecstatic about his purchase, he barely could wait to test out the audio quality of the headphones when he got home. However, he could put on the golden chain while he drove home. While doing so, he didn’t feel particularly different yet, however, he started to think about the different crime shows he’s been watching. That had nothing to do with what was doing… maybe he was just getting lost in his thoughts again.
“What is it about those shows that make it so appealing… sometimes I think I want to be a detective. But they have to go through so much training… I’m nowhere near able to spot small details in those investigations. But hey, that’s just life for ya there’s fantatices and there’s cold hard reality.” Shadow would say to himself, seemingly unable to get over the sudden overflow of thoughts of different things detectives did and how amazing they were.
After about a half hour drive back home, his mind was still stuck on the topic, he had about gone the wrong way home. Shadow tried to clear his head, clearly something prompted this sudden intrusion of thoughts. Though, he believed it would pass as soon as he would finally test the headphones when he got back to his apartment. Which seemingly allowed him to concentrate enough to get back into his front door, heading inside without much haste at all.
After heading inside, he would head into his room and pull out the pair of headphones inspecting them a bit more. He swore he could recognize them from something, but was unsure as to what. Maybe they were something on an online sale he’s seen? Whatever the case, he would put the headphones on once again, but this time they seemed to fit his head perfectly. “Huh, well good to know I don’t need to return these!” Shadow would say cheerfully, before pressing attempting to turn on the headphones. To his surprise there was no actual button at all. “H-Huh…?” He would question a bit, before being a bit bummed out. Did he really just get scammed out of $200 or so dollars?
The rush of thoughts from his earlier experience, before he put on the headphones would be pushed into the back of his head. It would seem Shadow had gained control of his thoughts for the time being. Though that was likely because he was a bit overcome with emotions at the time being.
Nonetheless he would try to try to take off the headphones to investigate what he witnessed at the store. As he would do this, something felt strange to Shadow, like these headphones were… stuck to him? “S-Stupid peice of junk!” He would pout to himself, as he gave up attempts to take them off, he was in pain from doing so. Shaking his head as he attempted to clear up the pain. Holding the side of his head, he would notice something peculiar rubbing against his face some sort of fabric it would seem.
Shadow was definitely not wearing any kind of gloves moments ago, so what was rubbing against his face…? As he would pull his arm away from his face to inspect what was going on… he would shriek as he was somehow now wearing a pair of white gloves and black bracelets, with a gold band in the center. “W-Where did these come from?!” He would say shocked. Moments would pass, as Shadow tried to piece together what was happening. However, the wristbands he had would gain a gold chain connecting the gold band. As this occurred, his whole body erupted into a burning sensation forcing him to attempt to take off the headset once again in hopes this would stop it.
On the other hand, right before he would attempt to take off the headset, a song that seemed to be played in crime shows he never heard would start to invade Shadow’s ears. But to him, it felt so familiar, nesgolic even. This would get him to start thinking about different cases he had to solve. All the while, his body reacting to the music would begin transforming as his mind was slowly being taken over.
Starting off, his arms and legs would begin to envelop in dark green scales, however, they seemed to blend in together, like they weren’t even separated. Shadow would be barely able to notice this, as his arms and legs would prompt bulge out with muscle. Resemble what would be nothing short of a bodybuilder.
All the while Shadow would start to grunt occasionally in the mixture of heat and the changes occurring to him. Meanwhile, he would start to bob his head to the tunes playing through his headphones. While his chest would also begin coating itself with scales, this time with lime green scales. As it would seem his pectoral muscles would be bigger than anything else on his body, additionally Shadow’s love for music would begin to grow as he would sense his lower chest expanding out into a quite fancy six pack of abs.
“Who is the best detective in town?!” Shadow would say to himself, as he couldn’t get himself to think straight… Was he really the best detective? He couldn’t say for certain, now but that would be taken care of pretty soon. After this, the expanding transforming crocodile, would feel his clothes ripping off like they were nothing. He had no use for any clothes he was great just as he was! Where was his tail anyways?
Shadow would think this to himself, at the very moment he said this his back would start to grow red scales going down his entire back, even his ass expanding a bit from his growing stature. A quite big tail would emerge, as the top of his would be where the end of bulging protrusions red would end. By this time, Shadow’s muscle growth had at least pushed him up an extra two to three feet now. No one was going to take him in a fight easily. Especially an Ace detective who doesn’t stand to let a case go unsolved!.
“Vector is the best!” Shadow would respond right after, as he would observe his transformation, was he even Shadow at this point? Of course not, what was he thinking. He would shake his head a bit to the beat, as his shoes would start to morph becoming much more like black sneakers, with gray and yellow accents. Which complimented his necklace and headphones quite nicely. Shadow… No Vector would start to chuckle to himself, as he clearly was letting himself go to this pleasurable experience.
The final changes to him both mentally and physically would be his head. His face would promptly extend and push out into a quite long lime snout. While he would grunt a bit in pain from growing more teeth and sharper than he had ever had before. his nose would also merge into the snout, becoming two small holes for nostrils. This rest of his head and body for that matter would be the quite impeccable green Vector was known for. His eyes would round a bit and curve to meet each side of his new snout. Blinking for a few moments, as his eye color would switch to a quite amber like color.
Meanwhile, Vector’s environment would adjust quite seamlessly, it was like he was just in a daze. He would be right in front of the mirror in his Detective’s office in Station Square smirking to himself. Enjoying the pleasing sight of his build, along with his music blaring like nothing else really mattered to him for the moment. He truly was the new detective in town. Nothing could stop him, well except some lovely tunes when he worked out!
“So… what cases will I be solving today I wonder, no one can evade the clutches of Vector the Crocodile, Ace Detective!” Vector would announce to himself, snapping to his senses. And heading out of his office to explore the new world he just ended up in. But for him, he knew everything there was, maybe he’d gather up the Chaotix again to smash the Egghead again!
