Hans has been finalized after a few years of tweaks and adjustments and balancing in terms of overall design. Originally he was supposed to be a Panzer commander for a Panzer IV H, and later a Tiger H1. However, I revamped his story to be more interesting and lean more towards the fantasy side mixed with alternative history (take Saga of Tanya The Evil, for example). In a World where WW1 and WW2 are both fused together with warped versions of ideologies for each side.

Hans in general is born of royal blood but starts from the bottom of the Imperial German Army starting in 1910, later rising up in the ranks and specializing in marksmanship with bolt action rifles. His powers exist in an expansive state from extreme long-distance accuracy, to super-strength and reflexes (limited to his rogue mode).

His Boyfriend/Husband's character is yet to be determined, but after the war he does end up successfully launching a coup and creating a new empire ruled by a dual-king leadership structure.
