Drogan was born with hair of an unnatural white and an incredible power that frequently manifests into an uncontrollable magic equal to a Master Archmage. when it does manifest while he's under stress, this tends to hurt those around him, which people of his kingdom and others have called a curse and treat him unfairly or try to get him to go away.
He serves under the Pillars of Fate, Prophetic stone pillars Hidden away by a council of rogues that very rarely show a small glimpse of a future that is never wrong of a target who is not dealt with. Drogan first proved himself in his initial trial to be a rogue by assassinating the Mad King Tyrian a human king plagued by cruelty to his own people and a thirst for violence against other lands.
Sadly, the Pillars of Fate years ago were destroyed by Old-God cultist infiltrators.
Recently Drogan had learned that he was next in line for the his kingdoms throne by a message from his father (away attending to other kingdoms/lands) the High King. His Uncle (the acting High Steward) and eldest brother Prince Gorok, were not happy with this news and plotted to kill him later that night to take the throne, but Drogan had overheard their plan and snuck out of the kingdom unseen.
Side note: In Drogans' world Magic is dominant over science, in a modern day phones, tv, internet etc, would all be magic based! kind of like the Sheikah Slate in breath of the wild :D
