Ah, it looks marvelous! At some places it looks quite edgy because there is no anti-aliasing, but that is easily ignored.
The tail looks great and the hair is just perfect...

im really not sure im not much of a visual artist my self my medium tends to be poetry and paint but as far as digital goes im not all that experienced you may want to ask
