Hey, I'm also a kid of the 90's I was born in '91 I grew up watching G.I.Joe, Beast Wars Dexter's lab Johnny Bravo, DBZ, Tenchi Munyo, Gundam Wing, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (The old school one) Freakazoid, the mask, Animaniacs, you name it and I've probably been a fan of it!
Yeah, there fur stands up on end like that of a cat. You should have seen Borsk Fey'lya's 'emotions' when Rogue Squadron resigned at the end of the Krytos Trap! I thought he was going to die or his fur coat would shoot off and cover everyone in a 10 meter radius.
Personally I like Nelvaanians, Selonians, Trandoshans, Shistavanens, Squibs, Cathar, Farghul and of course Wookiees but Bothans will always be my favorite.

But I said Sonic! Hehe, that's what AoSTH is; Adventures of Sonic The Hedgehog. :P Reboot was definitely one of the best programs I've ever seen as a kid. I kind of wish they'd dig it up air it again. I dunno how you could've forgotten, I remember the whole series! -For the most part, at least. :P
It probably wouldn't but a digitigrade fur is used to having less surface contact and would tend to have more agility... in fact... rather than wheels, I could see it with contained ball bearing pads for omnidirectional movement... just with some sort of tilt-down toe catch to give you something to shove off with, roll your ankle forward and a "brake" pad catches so you can lock the ball.
Adorable! On a related note to people who loves taurs...
I've been reading Forest Tales and find myself craving a muck or chatroom that does RP in a world like that, with chakat and other taurs! Can someone please point me towards such a thing? The poor chakat character I made gets virtually no RP and that depresses me.

I know the perfect song to go with this: http://new.music.yahoo.com/billie-r.....ixes--22131423

Ouch. This is pretty much why I (despite being an old four-wheeled skate racing veteran) won't touch rollerblades with a ten foot pole.
Lionel better hope that his friend gets ahead of him and slows him down before he hits something!
Great, dynamic piece, Kacey. Once more, you're one of the best 'taur artists out there.

Aww, the little girl dropped her ice cream, she's gonna be sad :( * buys her an extra large one*
The expression on the squirrel had me in tears of laughing
I wonder, would taurs have an advantage or disadvantage at rollerblading? Maybe better balance, but all that mass would be harder to stop as demonstrated here I guess.
It's been years since I tried that, but I do go ice skating from time to time, which is also fun ^_^

We've all been there.
Is this the same character as Wrong Side of the Bed?
I think I had that pic faved over at DA, but you seem to have put it in storage. Taurs are most excellent, and you are the premier (t)a(u)rtist.

I could have told him that it's harder than it looks!
I love so many things about this picture beside the central character. The little girl who has lost her ice cream, the fearful squirrel, and the fact that it's a cheetah who is trying to catch up to Lionel. As a whole though, I like the bright and cheerful colours of this piece.

Yay! Its all colored. The answer is "Yes." to those that asked the question if this was the same lion taur from the wrong side of the bed picture. However, perhaps not the same storyline. Same character tho. I have no idea about the design of roller blades to those that say breaks are missing but then again there is always Sabotage. I'm not sure who would be out to get the poor lion taur if that were the case. Love the colors and I felt bad for asking Kacey to draw this since I knew it would be challenging on both a motion and perspective level. That and I was kinda picky. Heh. As to whether I'll commission a aftermath scene... Hmm.... Dunno but there is still skydiving left.
O... This is that guy in that other pic, http://www.furaffinity.net/view/844680/ that woke as a lion taur. (isn't liontaur one wired?)
Could you tell me, is there a story behinded this and if so my I have a link to it.
P.S. love your work.
