personality: Pastelle was encouraged into a competitive, fast flying life style from a very young age. With two of Equestria's most accomplished flyers as her parents how could she not be a powerful sportspony herself? She inherited large high speed wings, but their size and awkward thin shape makes her especially clumsy with them. She has four left hooves and very little desire to be the rough and tumble pony her mother so wishes her to be. She is much more inclined to the precise arts, only finding a steady and reliable hoof when she's painting or sewing. She falls in love with fashion at a young age from watching her aunt Rarity work. She gets her cutiemark in color theory at a young age, but tries to hide it for moons before showing her parents, friends, or peers. She doesn't want them to think she's been tricking them by trying to play sports, or that having a fashion forward cutiemark made her less of the son Dash wanted. (Dash and her have to have a long talk about how she needs to accept herself and that she can have a little more faith in her family) As an adult mare her clumsiness improves only slightly, but her personality blossoms. She is outgoing and bright, despite her mediocre test scores. She loves deeply and unrelentingly, and learns to embrace both her interests and her competitive streak.
