This is Bellatrix. A bizarre hulked out creature Smiley randomly found while dicking around in the woods. She literally popped up out of the ground and he found her to be sooo cute he brought her back home, washed her up, and gave her a pair of his overalls. There's no weird kinky shit between them she's literally his big pet monster but she tends to bite anyone that isn't him so he has to keep her muzzled.
