Unnerftan? That's the way Vyschuss says understand. Chum? Chum is ground up meat and blood used to attract fish, mostly sharks, so they're easier to catch. It's also another word for friend. So, Vyschuss was basically making an evil pun. Basically, she was saying you could be a friend or fish food.
I may have put too many elements together when I devised Vyschuss's speech. With the protruding fang and the crooked jaw, she lisps and drools; then, she also speaks in a slow, heavy, deep voice.
The "Porky's" font is difficult to read, but it serves the purpose of slowing down the reader to Vy's speaking speed. If you stumble over words, imagine that she is, too.
And then there's the "F" "S" "V" and "TH" transpositions, to simulate her lisp. Put it all together and it's difficult to read.
But it's meant to be difficult.
If you thrust your jaw to one side, let your cuspid protrude, slack your bottom lip a bit, and then read slowly aloud, you'll understand exactly what she's saying because you'll hear it that way.
