A funny concept of an Eastern dragon obsessed with Western culture, like the south, cowboys, and anything wild west. A westaboo essentially, and mostly just an innocent nerd deep down! She tried to change her name to Lucky Star after a character in one of her favorite cowboy films, but she misspelled it so she's "Lucy" instead.

I might try bringing her back because I was struggling for a long time on her colors!
