Not quite, more like how Android 21 is. Minus the droid part. She's majin/frieza , having the tail / turning people into food / flying, and what not. I gave her namekian ears for the hell of it. Her hail is more tendril like than hair, they move.
Her markings always stay whenever she shapeshifts, except her bones look more like tattoos when she's "human". Purple and reds are the colors her outfits will usually be.
