"Elemental, human, aviak, centaur...I'll kill them all! -Bethra, showing her spiteful attitude about the world.
Naturally, when one loses their home, they're going to be naturally upset about it. Perhaps none feel this more than Bethra Earthsoul. A devout worshiper of the earthen god, Brell Serellis, Bethra embodies all that is the earth itself- stout, rugged, tough, and unmovable as the very mountains of Norrath. When the lair of Splitpaw was first invaded by the savage planar elementals, Bethra wasn't going to beg for her life or idly surrender. No, in fact, Bethra struck down a great deal of elemental invaders. With her keen axe and stout shield, she shattered earth elementals, extinguished fire elementals, evaporated water elementals, and dispersed air elementals. So savage was her might that she fought on by herself, trapped in the very back of the lair, for hours on end before finally making her escape. She didn't want to leave, preferring to die in defense of her people, but she was encouraged and persuaded by the survivors to escape with them to the surface, where the elementals would not follow. Every night thereafter, Bethra stares at the gateway of the lair she once called home, contemplating the action to simply dive back into the melee and banish the elementals back to their realm, even if it ends up killing her.
Now that I'm back in a posting mood, I wanted to post a little quick favorite of mine! :) Leave a fav and a watch if you liked, and stay tuned!
