Finished reading the newest book to the Ted Dekker series "Green" (Which I highly recommend reading, those books are amazing!) and was really inspired to draw one of the 12 queens of Teeleh, Marsuuv. I won't give anything away, but in short Teeleh sorta represents Satan in the books, where as the queens and Shataiki are like the demons. There's one chapter that talk a lot about the queen Marsuuv and his lair, which I tried drawing with the red vines as his bed, the three inverted crosses with three claws digging into them, etc. I love how this one turned out. And I'm planning on drawing the Roush, which are like angels, soon!

Little note for those of you who haven't read the books, I know I said "queen" and "his", it's not a mistake, the shataiki have no real gender, they breed through blood, so they're called queens.
