Yes, this is Ghetsis as a Sunkern.
For context, I do a lot of Black 2 randomizers and Ghetsis' Hydreigon has this uncanny power to randomize as the weakest, most pathetic crap ever. And at one point, I noticed he was attacking me with a high leveled, Life Orb Sunkern and realized that somehow his ACE Pokemon had been turned into the literal weakest thing that could possibly exist as of Gen 5. I thought it was so beautiful that now I have a running gag about Ghetsis' spirit Pokemon being a Sunkern, which eventually lead to me drawing this because I literally had nothing better to do.
Don't ask how he wears a cloak when there's literally nothing for it to be holding on to. It uses the power of nonsense.
