Loosely based on a chat I was having with the roommate about cephalopods and showing him pictures of different kinds (octopi, squids, cuttlefish etc.), and being inspired to try designing an alien cephalopod creature as a result.

It was definitely something different, and I think these could make an interesting alien species to add to the galaxy.

I imagine these guys being amphibious and able to walk around on dry land, using their lower tentacles as legs, and the absence of suction cups on the lower tentacles being because they are withdrawn to conserve moisture while out of the water.
