done by the amazing  Freakster, this is a pic that I got inspired to commission after a recent run as the Andorians turned Interstellar Union in this absolutely phenemonal Stellaris Mod, Star Trek New Civilizations, this is a pic of my Andorian Lt. Kelinask wearing the new recently adopted uniform for all members of the Interstellar Guard, the successor to the Imperial Guard of the Andorian Union.

I help with the mod for some writing of flavor text at times, chiefly the intro blurbs for the most recent new race/empire additions to the mod, and sometimes offer up interesting ideas. One of which was this uniform varient for the Andorians/Interstellar Union.
