A Full Painting commission done for 
"According to all known laws of aviation, there is no way that a gargoyle should be able to fly. Its solid rock body is too heavy to get its weight off the ground. The gargoyle, of course, flies anyways. Because gargoyles don't care what humans think is impossible." (LOL)
This is one of my more nefarious looking commissions but I absolutely love the layout and silhouette of this one. Drawing the stony feathers was so much fun. There's actually a bit of a sad story behind this one. This gargoyle-like golem is bound by magic to protect the domain of a wizard that has long since passed away. An interesting premise to start a story tho, am I right?
