Testing out a transportation machine but not making sure that lab tech’s Pokemon DNA was not stored in one of the pods was a mistake. The lab tech of course didn’t leave their actual Vaporeon and Glaceon in the machine but they didn’t clean pod up leaving some of their Pokémon DNA just there in the form of fur and water droplets. That’s all it took, when the intern went into the machine and appeared and the other side the interns DNA was fused with that of two different Pokémon. In fact the intern became a hybrid of Glaceon and Vaporeon and little to no human DNA left.

How do you even reverse that?
