Two characters from an obscure show I found on YouTube called Capertown Cops. A villainous corrupt mayor being pleased by his loyal flunkie. While it doesnt happen to this extent on the show, it has that same feel.
The actual show was made in the early 2000's and has lots of old fashioned slapstick humor.
This are two more older pictures I had sitting on my hardrive for almost a year. It was a doodle that I did in the summer last year and later redid in a new version in the fall.
Since I don't know which one I like best, I posted both! I think the colors more in the first one, but I think it was better drawn in the second one.
