It's seem Chovy got himself in Mizuchi's pranks. After seeing the fox near the water his in, he thought the fox could go for a bit a "drink." After popping out the water to surprise Chovy, he use his chance to fill him up with water with his magic. It didn't take long for Chovy to be full of water. Once he was finish, and got little laugh. XD LOL

That Mizuchi filled to Chovy with his magic water. Well, that he did a prank. -w-
