Here are the plots and profile for the Riblett 30-6 16.5 with a 45 inch cord that will be used on the prototype Nuthatcher.
The 30-6 is a high lift airfoil that is reportedly to have better handling and flight characteristics than most airfoils used on this style of aircraft. Zero lift happens at a nose down attitude of negative 4 degrees so with a deck angle of 12 degrees the wing is at 16 degrees positive angle of attack. That translates into the front of the fuselage doesn't need to be jacked up to work well for short field performance like other aircraft need. This makes getting in and out easier for us gray nuzzles that love flying.
I have spent many hours loading the Riblett airfoils into spreadsheets and Profili Pro so I can quickly print these out.

Looks like a good airfoil - almost asked what NACA number it had - guess there are newer ones. Was wy up on that stuff in the late 1970s - mid 1980s at the height of my model plane days. Even had some flight time irl under my belt. A friend of my late brother was a flight instructor - have 15 hours in a Cessna 152 - also have a bit of time in a sailplane. The folks never knew about that one for years - I used to ride my bike up to a small airport that had a sailplane flight school - the classic help clean aircraft in exchange for lessons
NACA airfoils all have their flaws and mistakes say nothing of them never were intended to be used as aircraft wing airfoils. They were JUST TEST SPECIMENS.
Harry Riblett set out to correct the mistakes naca made on their airfoils and make them useable for light aircraft. That is why I'm using the Riblett airfoil.
I did the ramp rat too in the early 70s in trade for flight instruction.
