Now this is not a recipe as such, more a demo of another kangaroo meat product that is available in our local supermarkets.
The meat is literally plain kangaroo mince with no spices or other products mixed in, its low fat, high protein, gluten free and is commercially produced for our local markets. What I did with it was a simple fry up about 3-4 minutes each side but its great for BBQ's as well.

It may be a little messy to eat but wow this made an excellent dinner last night.
Update from Chris: Needs to be cooked for up to 5 minutes or until its no longer bloody - my bet would be she also cooked this at 350 F - 425 F on the grill.

As for Cooking the kangaroo burgers, I use an Electric Sunbeam fry pan on power six with a baking paper liner so that I don't have to use much olive oil. On that setting I tend to cook them for up to 7 minutes each side, I actually timed myself this time so I could give you a more accurate measure. As for telling if they are done - I cut one in half and look inside but I also keep an eye on any fluid discharges and don't pull them out if there is any redness or bloodiness."
